I have used Mission Audio many times in the past and have been very pleased with their service, even with short notice. I had an electronic device that malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. They came the same day and re-established my WiFi and Sonos system. Would recommend to anyone.

We’ve used Mission AV for multiple projects over the past decade. They are always prompt, courteous and professional, and stand behind their work. We highly recommend them!

Mission Audio always helps me with my AV system. Their men are always polite and efficient. I think this time Michael (or maybe Daniel?) came. It was time to simplify my AV system and that happened. My husband and I have used Mission AV for many years. I recommend them highly.

After years of wanting to set up a listening room, and countless meetings with different audio professionals…I finally found my match. Bill Putnam at Mission Audio and Video listened to what I wanted and helped guide me through the process of building my ideal sound system. The team at Mission, from Jeffrey Hughes to Daniel my installer couldn’t have been more professional. After many hours of listening pleasure, I am very happy to say that I made the right decision going with Mission Audio and Video. I highly recommend them to anyone that loves music!!

Short, with a penny to my name, a roommate situation was all I could afford until the necessity of not hearing common space noise, presented itself, when the self isolation began. Mission Audio Saved me. I listened to their best Bluetooth capable noise canceling headphones they had (B&o) and my music experience was about to begin without noise from the common space. The review for the headphones is a separate story as there is so much more to say. However, Mission Audio and its customer service is way better than anything I’ve ever had at Best Buy or other chain department stores. Yes it is a little pricy, but when you use the product at home and reflect on the customer service you receive including being offered a water during a previous visit to obtain a correct cable for my tv, you realize what a great deal it is. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who values customer service and is willing to be open to having a sound experience. A Santa Barbara Bowl experience from the comfort of your space. Let’s be honest, it may co
